Procedure:
Bilateral breast augmentation.

Patient Concerns: This 41 year old female was 5’5” tall, weighed 115 pounds and wore an A brassiere. She was concerned about her breast size and proportion to her body.

Dr. Markus’ Treatment: Bilateral breast enlargement was performed using a crease incision for submuscular placement of textured anatomic saline filled mammary implants. Because there was little breast tissue present, the implants were placed under the muscle to avoid implant edge visibility superiorly. In addition, the level of the lower breast crease was lowered 0.6 inches to allow for improved breast form. 270cc implants were placed and this patient’s breast size changed from an A-cup to a B-cup.

Patient Comments: ‘I definitely would recommend him! I love the results I got! Went up one full cup size from A to B.’
